How are fees determined?

Initial consultation is free. Once you retain Artful Entrées’ services, you will receive a detailed cost sheet based on the number of meals that we prepare. Each prepared meal includes either an entrée, a stew, or casserole. Appropriate side dishes, if needed, will be planned for the meals by the chef.

Artful Entrées’ fees are expressed as an all-inclusive price for each cooking date. This fee reflects all aspects of the personal chef service, such as groceries and shopping time, planning and preparation of the customized menu, storage of your meals (including container fees, if designated) and cleanup. A typical fee structure is based on five meals, each serving four people. Some menu items may require additional charges and will be listed on the menu as premium items. Because desserts do take quite a bit more time to prepare and do not always retain their quality when frozen or refrigerated, they are also prepared at an additional cost. A traveling fee may also apply if your location is more than 25 miles from the Artful Entrées business address.
